One app for the lift, the lights, the gate and the water tank.
Smartrise installs PIERRE smart home and building automation in Tanzania: lighting, heating and cooling, access control and smart locks, cameras, sensors, irrigation, pools and spas, solar-panel cleaning robots and the lift call — all in one app. Processing runs on-site rather than in the cloud, so the system stays fast and keeps working when the internet is down.

What can be automated in a home or building?
Lighting, climate and HVAC, access control and smart locks, security cameras and sensors, irrigation, swimming pool and spa systems, solar-panel cleaning robots and voice control — alongside the lift call. PIERRE, a smart-building company from Subotica, Serbia, runs them as one system with more than 5,000 installations in 15+ countries.
Does smart automation work without internet?
Yes. PIERRE processes everything on devices in the building (edge processing) instead of a cloud service, so it stays fast and private and keeps working when the internet connection drops.
Can the water tank and pump be controlled too?
Yes. We install Flosenso, an app-based IoT water-level controller from Energy Bots. Ultrasonic sensors track the tank in real time and manage the pump automatically — filling before it runs dry and stopping before it overflows — with alerts and history on your phone.
What else can Smartrise connect?
Laser perimeter fencing with instant alerts, wired cameras and access control, elevator screen advertising managed centrally, and solar-panel cleaning robots monitored through PIERRE. Lifts, automation, WiFi and IoT can come under one contract, one team and one app.
Questions people ask
Can the lift be called from the building app?
Yes. PIERRE adds smart lift call to the same app that runs lighting, access and security, for both commercial and residential lifts.
Is smart automation only for new buildings?
No. Many systems are added to existing homes and buildings; the site survey confirms what is possible.
